You are purchasing a Vector Graphic Image that will come as a digital download. Our vector images come in 4 formats ready to use. The formats are LBRN, SVG, AI, and DXF. Includes files for cutting 5.1mm plywood or other material. Only 4 FILES.
After you make your purchase you will go to the download page and download a zip file with all the files included.
The box that holds all the items is optimized for .2 inch (5.1mm) sandeply that is available at most US hardware stores. These files have also been optimized for 1000x600 mm beds. If you have a bed of this size, you can cut the entire design on one sheet, with a small rectangle of scrap left over. I've included duplicates of a few of the small pieces that can break more easily when sanding. If you are using a different size wood, you will likely need to modify the carrying box.
Glue is used for assembly!

Lost / Missing Packages
Burnin' Love Laser Engraving is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
"No Information Available At The Moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns

Due to the individualized nature of our products, Burnin' Love Laser Engraving's return policy is limited. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a condition that is different than what was ordered (misspelled, etc.)
