Rotary - Curved and Round Items
In order to Laser engrave curved items (like bottles or tumblers), a rotary device must be used to rotate the workpiece under the laser and keep it at a constant distance from the laser head.

Additional Fees
| Machine setup | $20 | This charge is incurred for each order that is engraved. |
| Artwork | $65/hr | Please provide artwork in SVG or Vector EPS if possible to reduce/eliminate artwork fees. |
| Unpack/Unwrap/Repack | $0.75 | This the minimum per-item charge. Contact us to talk through actual cost and how to eliminate/reduce this fee. |
| Personalization/Variable Text | $2.00 | Add $2.00 per item. This includes labeling. |
| Pre-Prodution Samples | $25 | Pre-production samples are available for a fee of $25 plus Machine setup/Artwork fees. |
| Jig/Fixture | $50 | Odd shaped items or sloped items may require a jig level them for engraving. |
| Rush Fee | 50% and up | Typical engraving time is 4 business days after payment and artwork approval. Please contact us to confirm turnaround time and rush availability/cost if needed |
Scrap - Our scrap rate is very low, but you should expect up to 2% scrap as an acceptable rate. Depending on the item being engraved, we may require a few scrap items for testing our settings/jigs to ensure we are attaining the highest engraving quality.
