To ensure you are completely satisfied, a proof of your custom design is sent via email for every order. We do not proceed with engraving until you have reviewed and approved the proof.

Returns and Exchanges:

• No Returns: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.
• Proof Approval: Please review your proof carefully. Once you approve the design, Burnin' Love Laser Engraving is not liable for any errors made during the personalization process, including misspellings, grammar, punctuation, or image resolution.
• Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, we will happily provide a refund or replacement upon verification of the damage.
• Customer-Supplied Items: Burnin' Love is not liable for customer-supplied items that may have special coatings, lack of protective coatings, or other unknown material issues that could result in damage during the engraving process.

Our Guarantee:
If we determine that Burnin' Love Laser Engraving has made an error (such as a discrepancy between the approved proof and the final product), we will refund your payment in full.
